Join us October 13, 2026, at Indiana Landmarks Center in Indianapolis for a discussion with Pulitzer Prize-winning financial journalist and bestselling author, Gretchen Morgenson.

Ms. Morgenson will shed light on how private equity firms are affecting our housing markets and other parts of our daily lives, impacting fair housing outcomes. The program will continue with a panel discussion of local experts on how to address the fair housing impact these entities have in housing access for Hoosier families. Topics to be discussed will include how these entities affect affordable homeownership opportunities for local families as well as their impact as landlords to Hoosier renters as far as habitability concerns, evictions, and more. This event will end with a Q&A session followed by a book signing.
