The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has opened the FY2026 annual Continuum of Care (CoC) Notice of Funding Opportunity the FY2026 annual Continuum of Care (CoC) Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) competition. This annual funding competition helps bring millions of dollars to communities across the country to promote community-wide strategies to end homelessness. CoC’s submit a single consolidated application for new and renewal projects. The Indianapolis CoC has released the new project Request for Proposals and supplemental materials.
The Department of Metropolitan Development will hold a webinar on the application materials on June 11, 2026, at 1 PM. There will also be two open-door office hours on June 11th and June 16th for applicants seeking guidance and technical assistance from representatives of the Indianapolis CoC and the City of Indianapolis. These meetings will be held virtually and are open for applicants to enter at any time during the open room. Please see the meeting links below to join the office hours.

The submission deadline for the Indianapolis CoC New Project Application is June 22, 2026, by 7:59 AM. All materials must be submitted to CoCNOFO@indy.gov.
