Court Watch Training

We offer once-a-month, online trainings for the basics of court watching, including the use of the Indiana Eviction Justice Network’s website. We suggest browsing through the information contained on the Eviction Basics, Eviction Court Watching, and FAQ’s pages before the training.

Eviction Court Watchers Code of Conduct

Eviction Court Watchers are observing tenants at a low point in their lives. Being evicted is stressful and overwhelming. It is expected that court watchers be respectful at all times to all parties in court including tenants, plaintiff attorneys, landlords, judges and court personnel and keep sensitive information confidential.
