Aiden holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Ball State University. He has experience in logistics, customer service, project coordination, and operations, with a strong focus on communication, organization, and problem-solving.

In previous roles, Aiden coordinated shipments, managed relationships with customers and drivers, supported projects, and helped resolve time-sensitive issues. He is excited to bring his business background, work ethic, and willingness to learn to GIMA while supporting its work in the Indianapolis community.
